At Legendarysol, we take pride in delivering quality products and honoring legendary stories through our clothing and artwork. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags and QR hang tags still attached

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on the following:

  • Final sale items

  • Limited-edition Legendizit artwork

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Packages not claimed due to incorrect address or missed deliveries (please double-check your shipping info)

Exchange or Store Credit Options

If you'd prefer an exchange or store credit, let us know! We’re happy to work with you to find the best solution if the item qualifies.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at: jboyd@legendarysol.com

  2. Include your order number, the item in question, and a brief reason for the refund request

  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We'll respond with return instructions if eligible.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

  • You’ll receive an email once your refund is processed

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our error

  • Please use a trackable shipping method
